DERBY AND PREAKNESS HOPES TO RACE HAVRE DE GRACE Md April 24 Widespread interst is manifest in the race arranged by racing secretary Fred Rchborger for next Saturday at Havre de Grace as a trial for Prcakness and Ken tuck Derby candidates The contest will be at a mile and seventy yards witli 1500 in added money Under its conditions iionwinners of 5000 will be allowed four pounds and the allowances will scale down until maidons aro allowed twenty five pounds Added interest is lent to the race by the report that James Rowe has promised to start Blue Laddie and Vindex Boti have been training at Krookdale Farm and are said to be in fine con ¬ dition If Billy Kelly starts he will take up his scale weight of 120 pounds
