PLENTY OF BIG FISH IN NEW ZEALAND Here is i fishing report from Russell New Zea ¬ land which smells of good sport Last year our best catches were wereKIngfish KIngfish fifty pounds swordfish 287 pounds and mandating shark 212 pounds This year we are getting some good hapuka kingfish and shark We have nieinliers from all over the world Our fishing season is October to April the best months being January and February Last year a large sword fish charged the fishing launch and left half its sword in the boats side The 287pound swordfisli was caught on a nine ounce rod with a twenty fourthread line The length of the fish was ten feet nine and onehalf inches
