COURT DECISION HITS BOWIE TRACK BALTIMORE Md June 25 The Court of Ap ¬ peals at Annapolis today filed nn opinion de ¬ claring unconstitutional the present Prince George County racing law The decision of the court holds that the granting of dates for race meetings in that county is a nonjudicial function and therefore not to be exercised by the judges of Prince George County Circuit Court as provided in lawTills the county race control and regulation law Tills action of the court leaves no one vested with authority to grant racing dates and may resut in no racing being held at Bowie and Marlboro the only tracks in Prince George County
