FAMOUS RANC0CAS STOCK FARM SOLD NEW YORK. N. Y"., November 1. Word reached here from Trenton, N. J., that Mrs. L. A. Livingston had sold the Raucocas Stock Farm, located eighteen miles south of that city, which has been for about a half century the home of famous race horses and blue-blooded live stock. The farm was bequeathed to Mrs. Livingston by the late Pierre Lorillurd. the only American turfman to win the Epsom Derby with an American-bred horse,. Iroquois carrying his colors to victory in that world famous race in 1SS1. The report did not say who was the purchaser nor what price was paid for the farm.
