I GERMAN RACING EXPANSION Despite the stories of German and Austrian poverty in the wake of the Great War racing is being carried on more fully than ever. Deutscher Sport of Berlin, September -1, says- that fifteen additional days racing have been granted for October arid early November, inclusive of five at Berlin-Karlshorst, two at Breslau, two at Madge-burg, and six days at other places. As seventeen days had previously been arranged for there will therefore be racing practically every day in Germany next month.
