SIRE MAGNETO SOLD TO NEW YORKER LEXINGTON. Ky.. Nov. 1. Magneto is going to the Genesee Valley to become a sire of cross country as well as running horses. He has been purchased bv I,. Whiting of Avon, N. Y who also has purchased the following mares: Miss Oriniar. Iura Gold. Cross Grain, Mizzje.- Rational, Mallie Masda, Selina Lou and Almeta. In addition to these Whiting bought the two-year-olds Eyesight and Sally Hughes, both by Eyebrow. The former a son of Treason and the latter a daughter of Stella Cook, also the yearling Bronston, bay colt by Eyebrow-Sail v Bronston; Dr. Stevenson, brown colt by Ten Point Treason, Chestnut filly by Eyebrow Cross Grain, chestnut filly by Eyebrow Stella Cook. Brown filly bv Jack Atkin Moutrosa, Bay gelding, by Magneto Mattio Glenn.
