AN OKLAHOMA FISH ; QUARRY . Property Commissioner Joseph Patterson of Oklahoma City, while superintending repairs on the bypass spillway at the water dam, incidentally had the pleasure of indulging in some good fishing. He exhibited a forty-cight-pound catfish and other fish ranging from thirty to. fifteen pounds. The fish were trapped in a hole in Uie bottom of the spillway, about ten feet long, five feet wide and from one to five feet deep. Altogether 2,000 pounds of fish were- caught.- Twenty men participated, using their hands, iron prods and homemade harpoons. Patterson gave the fish to several orphanages in Oklahoma City.
