NAMES AND MISNAMES OF HORSES BAD TASTE COMMON IN NOMENCLATURE, BUT AS A RULE IT HAS OCCURRED THAT REALLY GREAT RACERS HA VE BEEN GIVEN APPROPRIATE NAMES B y W, S. "Some names inspire hih thoughts and heroic aims, while other- entail meanness and vulgarity." remark- the late Mr. Washington Irving.
