The steeplechases are also filling well. H. D. Prow it lias arrived in New York from Cuba and is staying at the Pennsylvania Hotel. H. W. Kowe. who has charge .f the registration department of the Jockey Club, is improving iu health. A complication of flu and nervousness has confined him to his home for the past week or two.
