NOCALK RULE TO BE RESCINDED NEW YOHK X Y April 23 According to the general procedure in such matters it is not pos ¬ sible to rescind the nocalk rule until about May 3 when the next meeting of The Jockey Club will be called The bylaws provide that any change in the rules is to be published twice in the Itaeing Calendar before it can be acted upon To bring alMjnt an early change this will necessitate a supplement to the April Calendar being published and a second notice will appear in the May Calen ¬ dar It is practically settled that much will be done to have the rule rescinded as speedily as possible
