CANADIAN TURF BODY HOLDS MEETING Extends Euling of Ottawa Officials in Little Boy Case to Apply to All Canadian Tracks HAMILTON Ont June 29 Previous to the races this afternoon the Canadian Racing Associa ¬ tions held a meeting in the clubhouse The recent ringing case at the Ottawa meeting was taken up and the ruling of the local stewards at Ottawa in which Staff Doyle E S Moore Frank Farring ton and George Itichings were denied the privileges of the Connaught Park Jockey Club was extended so as to apply to all tracks of the Canadian Racing Associations Doyles license as a trainer was also revoked Francis Nelson who acted a steward representing the Canadian Racing Associations at Ottawa is certain that horse is not Little Boy but as yet the identity of the horse lias not been satisfactorily established Some few of the horse ¬ men are still under the impression that horse is Wise Man but the latest reports turned in by the Pinkertons is that horse is an imported horse probably of English breeding The officials are of the opinion that horse was dyed and that when he turns back to his true colors it will be a dark chestnut chestnutThe The applications of jockeys R Denyse and Earl Zepp for a license were refused and C Howard and R McDermotts applications were laid on the table II J Sargeants application for a trainers license was also laid over and trainer E P Denny was granted a probationary license Licenses were granted to jockeys J Mclntyre E Hileman W Dunkinson and N Brooks BrooksThe The following ruling regarding jockey agents was passed On and after Saturday July 3 all jock ¬ eys who are not connected with a stable under a Canadian Racing Associations licensed trainer will be obliged to make their own engagements Jock ¬ eys who wish to provide themselves with some one to look after their engagements must register such person who will be passed upwn by the Canadian Racing Associations and only under these condi ¬ tions will they be allowed to ride and will ba held responsible for such agents agentsM M Seifert purchased at private sale of S A Cloptou the twoyearold Sea Court CourtJ J Reynolds and M Mink of Baltimore were ar ¬ rivals today They are the guests of John Pat McGovern and will remain here for several of the summer meetings meetingsW W Hinphy has signed to do the riding for the Maryland Stable
