NEW YORK RACING COMMISSION MEETS NEW YORK N Y July 19 Charges brought against different racing associations by a number of men including John Schaughnessey and Arnold Rothstein who were refused admission to the club house at several of the local courses were heard by the State Racing Commission composed of James Wadsworth George W Loft and Harry Sinclair last week The case was referred to the commission by the Attorney General to whom the men appealed Suggestion that lawyers for both sides meet and settle things amicably was made by the attorney for the commission who heard the arguments t
