HORSEMEN APPROVE CUBAN PURSES At the meeting of the Thoroughbred norsemeua Association Wednesday at Louisville the stake and purse offerings of the Cuba-American Jockey Club were approved. A committee was appointed to confer with horsemen at Tijuana relative to the purse offerings at the Mexican track. The New Orleans controversy was also Jeft to a committee to settle. Messrs. C. H. Berryman, Howard Oots, John Gallaher and S. K. Nichols were appointed a committee to request of the Kentucky State Racing Commission increased purses for 1921 on the Kentucky tracks.
