MAN 0 WAR NOT PUBLIC STALLION NEW YORK, N. Y., November 19. Man o War will not be a public stallion as It was first announced he would be. Samuel Riddle, his owner, has turned the champion - of chamipons over to Walter M. Jeffords, who has decided to breed him only to his own mares. Mr. Jeffords has ten mare, several of which are royally bred. The . announcement bj Mr. Riddle that Man o War will riot be open to outside engagements is a keen disappointment to breeders all over the country as well as a. host of sportsmen who are considering breeding a few horses. Among those who had expected service was W. R. Coe. He was exceptionally desirous of breeding Man o War to his grand filly Clett,
