. E. F. SIMMS PRIVATE TRAINING TRACKl SARATOGA SPRINGS, N. Y., November 25. Contractors have started the work of constructing intensive stables and a training track on the big tract of land purchased by Kdward F. Simms last September from the Trnsk estate. This land is in lose vicinity to the Saratoga track and adjoins the private training quarters of August Belmont. A mile track will be built for the exclusive use of training the Simms horses. The stables will Ik located along the north side of the property. The former home of Alanson Trask will be remodeled and used as a country home by Mr. Simms. Comfortable quarters will be provided for the stable help and other employes. All work on lhe place is expected to be finished by next spring.
