I MADDEN SUIT CONCERNING FRIAR ROCK Registered Agreement About the Horse Upholds the Claims Made in Law Suit. NKW YORK, N. Y.. December 10. it seems that the agreement over Friar flock now in the courts through John K. Maddens action is registered witli the Jockey Club and provides that the horse should .stand in Kentucky for the seasons of 1921 and 1922 at 00 for Madden and Rosseter mares and 00 for those of other breeders. The document also provides that Friar Pocks disposition after 1922 should be subject to a new agreement, which lias not been made. The fees for the horses services were to be equally divided and would have amounted to some 4,000 yearly. Mr. Madden has already ltookcd the horse for some thirty -five mares for 1921. Mr. Uosseters refusal to permit the return of the horse, of which he has possession, is on account of tlie failure to agree with Madden as to the disposition of the horse after 1922. Kosseter is said to have planned to use the 1921 service of the horse among his own mares and those of A. K. Macoinber. This, Madden seeks to prevent.
