RAISE NEW YORK ADMISSION PRICE NEW YORK N Y March 31 It lias been de ¬ cided that the New York Racing Associations will raise the price of admission to 38T including war tax and charge women the same prices as men Heretofore womens tickets were sold at 150 plus war tax The raise is made to offset the almost certain passage of the Belts bill which will take twelve per cent of the gate receipts of all thor ¬ oughbred race tracks in the state This twelve per cent amounts to forty two cents on every 350 admission The extra thirteen cents will probably cover the necessary clerical help to adjust accounts under the Betts bill
