AVon driving; second and third the same. DEVONITE was badly outpaced in the early running, but worked his way up and, in a fast finish, outgamed SO IT GOES in the final drive. SO IT GOES showed the most speed, but was much used in racing FEYLAXCE into defeat and was tiring at the end. TOM CASSIDY closed a big gap and finished with a rush. DOROTHY BUCKXER ran well. JEAX COREY began from the extreme outside and, forcing a fast early pace, saved ground on the stretch turn and, racing into a long lead, hung on gamely in the final drive. TOP O TH MORXIXG raced close up from the start and was wearing the winner down at the end. RUXQUOI began slowly and was outrun for the first half, but finished with a rush and was going fastest at the end. FORT BLISS set a fast pace to the stretch and tired.
