Hitchcock regretfully stating his inability to represent the Jockey Club as steward at the Saratoga meeting. Joseph B. Widenor was .-h.-.s.ii to fill the YiCiiucy created by Mr. Hitchcocks withdrawal. Mr. AVidenor is in France, but Mill return to New York next week.
