The Thoroughbred Horse Association in October raised objection to the schedules and the Interstate Commerce Commission suspended them. Then in 1 Deccaaker the American Railway Express Company and the railway that were parlies to the tariff * changes which virtually amounted to an arbitrary f raise in the rates for shipments of hemes by express canceled the schedules whereupon the Interstate Commerce Commission last Thursday entered * an order canceling and setting aside the suspension and distontinuing the proceedings. The action amounts to the saving of thousands of f dollars to shippers of thoroughbred and trotting : hoises, since it is necessary for the safety of the B horses that there be more than two men to a car.
