At the request of the Pimlico management the judiciary committee set Tuesday afternoon as tin-date for hearing of arguments agaiust the bill, but it when thv committee had gathered and the chairman n called for arguments against the bill no representative of racing interests was present The e hearing was adjourned. The other three tracks of the state failed to o join Pimlico in the request following the hearing g of advocates of the measure recently. It is not it known whether these organisations plan to ask a a a hearing at a later date or not.
