: I a • EDDIE RICKENBACHER AT BOWIE, MD. BOWIF. Md.. March 3.— Trainer W. A. Burtt-schell ha- arrived at the Bowie track with twenty horses, comprising the stable of J. It. Skinker of Washington. D. C. The horses have been racing at New Orleans during the winter. The veteran sprinter Kddie Rickenbacher is the star of the -table, but he is not in racing condition at present and probably will not start until late in the meeting. The remainder of the horses in tie care of Burtst hell are -elling platers of the older division He has no two year-olds at lucsen;. Biirttscholl has filed applicat ion for stabling at Now York tracks and he probably will take his racers to Jamaica after the meeting here. The stable will not ride colored jockeys this year and Hurtschell will do the best he can with riders from day to day.
