L I • I • I - * •" HOLD ROSS SALE ON MAY 23 HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 22.— Train-i er Henry McDaniel announced Odfl morning that the sale of the J. K. L. Ross horses, to be held at Toronto May 23 under the auspices cf Charles F. Hill, would consist of twenty head. The list is divideel up between two-year-olds and elder horses, with the biggest part Canadian bred. The older horses to he sold are Flying Ford. Pampas, l!:yn- thonia. Jacobina, A join and Oriole, while the others are Canadian-bred two-year-olds from the Vercherre farm in Quebec, the get of Marathon and FiU William.
