NO PROFITS FOR OWNEPS WINDSOR, Ont., July 14. According to figures shown in the statement of Devonshire race traek operations for its first meeting, now ready for presentation to the provincial government, owners of the track did not make a dollar profit on the meeting. The government, however, took ?1T5,000 in taxes, while horse owners carried off ,700 in purse money.
