DEVONSHIRE PLANS 0,000 SPECIAL RACE WINDSOR, Ont., July 14. The management of the Devonshire Racing Association announced this morning that tentative plans have been drawn up for a special race of 0,-000 added with the hope of bringing together Whiskaway, Morvich, Thi-bodaux and Grey Lag at weight for age. The distance will be either at a mile and an eighth or a mile and a quarter and will be run at the second meeting at Devonshire Park. I
