NO MERCY FOR CHEATERS FORT ERIE, Ont., August 14. At the meeting of the Canadian Racing Associations committee on Wednesday the apprentice contract between P. Saucier and former trainer George B. Hennessy was annulled, Hennessy being in bad standing. The associations refused to consider an application for reinstatement from Herb. J. Sargent ,who was ruled off the turf tor "ringing" another filly as Handy Rose at Ottawa in 1920. He also had the same filly in Kentucky as Tumbleweed the previous year. The real Tumbleweed and the real Little Boy are reported to have been lost in a fire on a farm near Harrisburg, Pa,, last sprinc.
