HARVEST KING ran well and finished gamely. WINDING THROUGH showed speed, but tired in the last eighth. MAHONY retired after going the first quarter. HUEN" came from far back. TENDER SETH was a forward contender from the start, but swerved badly at times in the stretch. POMPOUS came with a rush through the last quarter. PAUL G. BROWN saved much ground when coming into the stretch. MR. LEE tired badly. RAMA ran a good race all the way, but tired after taking the lead. PIRATE McGEE ran well and had to be taken back sharply in the last Sixteenth. JAKE FELD set the pace to the far turn and tired. DIANA set a fast early pace and quit. There was much crowding in the race.
