Won driving; second and third the same. POW WOW was outrun to the stretch turn, where she was taken to the outside and, closing a gap with a rush, won drawing clear. RED WREATH was a forward contender from the start and finished gamely, but tired in the last eighth. MERRY LAND made up ground and finished in resolute fashion. EL DORADO was in trouble in the first eighth and was pulled up. LISTEN DEARI3 ran- well. PRINCESSE DOUILLY set a good pace to the stretch and tired. Scratched 01237 Zeureka, 112; Sagacious, 112. HAPPY CHANCES led for over a mile and was eased up when he tired. CHUCKLE fell and NAT S. refused at the last jump, having bolted through a wing at the third jump. Scratched 6GG05 Treviscot, 135. ARROW OF GOLD began slowly and had a rough race, but finished fast and probably was best. DEXTEROUS finished gamely, but just lasted long enough to outstay FIFTY-FIFTY. The latter came fast through the stretch. ALEX II., WRAITH and HIDDEN JEWEL tired.
