KELLEY HORSES AT TANFORAN SAN FRANCISCO, Cal., December 25. Trainer C. C. Van Meter has changed his plans and did not send any of the F. J. Kelley horses to Tijuana. They are still at Tanforan and will remain at the track of the new Pacific Coast Jockey Club for the meeting, scheduled there early next spring.
