These well-named two-year-olds were broken at the Johnson training quarters and were galloped over the grass until they were , ready for their trials last fall, when theyj I were sent into a barn at the Kentucky Asso- j ! ciation track. After they were tried theyj j were sent back to the farm. The majority of them were given a precautionary firing. ; Since that time they have been getting daily exercise, with a paddock romp in addition on good days. j The older horses in the string get the same treatment. They are Nassau, Infinite, Dare Say, Possible, Coue, Dream Maker, Rip, and Billy Todd. They are all in excellent . winter condition and will be turned over to John Lowe about March 1 to be prepared for racing. Mr. Johnson expects to remain here i until about February 1, when he will go to i Palm Beach for a month. The Johnson training establishment is one of the best arranged in this part of the country and no horses look any better than the members of this string.
