At the annual meeting of the members of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association, held on Thursday, January 10, J. E. Davis, II. S. Page and F. S. Von Stade were elected stewards to serve until January, 1927. At a meeting of the board of stewards, held immediately after the annual meeting, Joseph E. Davis was elected president, Henry J. Morris, vice president, and Henry W. Bull honorary secretary and treasurer. Bayard Warren was elected a member of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association. Frank J. Bryan was appointed secretary and handicapper for Hunt meetings. George W. Gall was appointed assistant secretary. The committees appointed were as follows : Executive committee A. Henry Higginson, Henry W. Bull, Joseph E. Davis, Henry . J. Morris and F. S. Von Stade. Committee on licenses Henry J. Morris, F. S. Von Stade and Joseph E. Widener. Committe on courses Henry J. Davis. Sub-committee to executive committee Henry W. Bull, Joseph E. Davis and F. S. Von Stade. Representatives on hunts committe A. Henry Higginson, Joseph E. Davis and Henry W. Bull. Jockeys and trainers licenses were granted as follows : Trainer, M. Hall ; jockey, J. Clements. The assumed name Grentree Stable was approved.
