BIG OFFER FOR PARKE NEW ORLEANS, La., March 11. Bobbie Bowers, who is making the riding engagements for jockey I. Parke, was advised by telephone message from Mose Goldblatt in Cincinnati that. the latter had received an offer of ,000 from J. B. McKee for jockey Parke to ride Cherry Tree in the Coffrolh Handicap at Tijuana the latter part of the present month. Goldblatt also stated in his message that he had not as yet accepted the offer.
