VAN DUSEN RETURNS TO KENTUCKY LEXINGTON, Ky., April 13.— Clyde Van Dusen, with twelve horses, was an arrival at the Kentucky Association track Saturday I from Tijuana. He took from here last fall 1 twenty-eight horses and disponed of fourteen, turning out two in California. Van Dusen had a successful winter season a?id is well pleased with his trip, but glad to get back to Kentucky. On his return he found at his Few Acres Farm two nice foals, a bay colt by Torchbearer — film III If III Girl, and a bay filly by Jack Hare Jr. — Ketta B., by Freelance. The latter is the property of Col. W. K. Appbgat.-. W. K. Walsh of Covington, who is here to remain until after the race meeting, is very proud of the suckling half-brother to Col. Applegates tw -year-old winner. Not-enough. It is a brown colt by Jack Hare Jr. — Nanttira, by St. Simonian II. Dragnet, by Pock Sand, has a bay filly by North Star II, and Palancoire, by Kthelbert, has a chestnut colt at Major Pelmonts nursery stud. Dragnet visits The Finn and Palancoire is to so Fair Play. Two fine foals, both colts by Troutbeck, were born during the week from mares purchased by the Windermere Stud at the Kdward Cebrian sale in January. One is from Gibbs and the other from Scramble.
