GLEN REAGH tired badly and was ridden out to hold FLYING FROG safe at the end. FLYING FROG lacked speed, but raced gamely. IRA AVILSON was off slowly, but worked his way into a contending position on the outside and was wearing the winner down at the finish. CHOW was outrun to the stretch turn, but saved ground there and finished well. ELSBETH was on the outside most of the way and quit in the stretch. Overweight Chow, 5 pounds.
