CHURCHILL DOWNS NOTES LOUISVILLE. Ky., Oct 3L Joseph E. Bidwell came from Chicago to witness several days racing. Jockey M. Garner was unable to ride Balboa in the sixth race on account of illness. Wi Daniels, owner of Master Charlie, came over from Chicago to witness the colt perform tomorrow in the rich Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes. Shortly after dismounting from Lathrop, jockey Wallace was taken suddenly ill and had to have medical attention. He was forced to cancel the remainder of his engagements. Jockey Harry Stutts departed Friday morning for Laurel to ride Princess Doreen in the Washington Handicap Saturday. He will return here after the race. William Snyder, who has been dispatching the fields since the opening, will give way as starter Saturday to William Hamilton, who will officiate at the barrier until the meeting closes.
