ROCK BOTTOM followed the early leader- closely and took the lead when Trooper began to tire but was shaken up mildly in the final sixteenth to hold DERNIER SOU safe. The latter was outrun early, but came fast when called cn and was gaining on the winner at the end. TROOPER showed the most speed to the stretch, but tired in the final eighth. BRUSH ALL qquit.
