ILLINOIS BILL UP TODAY The Lager bill, which if enacted into law, will legalize pari-mutuel wagering in Illinois, is due to come before the lower house at Springfield today. The outlook is said to he bright for favorable action by the house, while little is known just at present how the Senate will regard this measure. «
