TURF PROPERTY TO SCHOOL NEW YORK N Y June 13 Last autumn the Wcstchester Racing Association donated a parcel of land near the top of its new Widener course at Belmont Park to Union Free School District No 22 of the town of Hempstead which needed the ground for recreation space but the final transfer was not made until Wednesday June 8 when chairman Frank 1C Sturgis of The Jockey Club on behalf of president Joseph E Widener who is in France tendered the deed for the property to Judge Henry E Foster president of the school board of the village of Floral Park who together with the other members of the board was the guest o the association for the afternoon
