RAILWAYS CONFER MONDAY NEW YORK N Y Nov 5 Railway man ¬ agement and labor will sit around a confer ¬ ence table in Washington on Monday for the first of a series of conferences on a legisla ¬ tion rail program for rehabilitation of the nations railways on terms satisfactory to both sides sidesThat That announcement was made here today by Carl L Gray vicepresident of the Union Pacific Railroad who will be one of the con ¬ ferees Also representing the management will be M W Clement president of the Pennsylvania and E E Norris president of the Southern Railway Labor will be repre ¬ sented by George M Harrison B M Jewel and D B Robertson who will speak for the powerful brotherhoods The conference will open at 11 a m at the Southern Building
