TRAINERS ASSOCIATION MEETS John M Gaver Elected to Board of ofGovernors Governors for ThreeYear Term Officers EeElected BALTIMORE lid Nov 5 The annual meeting ol the American Trainers Asocia tion held at the Lord Baltimore Hotel Thursday evening November 3 was well attended by the membership more en ¬ thusiasm and interest in the aims and pur ¬ poses of the organization being shown than ever before since its inception four years ago John M Gaver trainer of a division of Mrs Payne Whitneys Greentree Stable was elected to the board of governors for a threeyear term Messrs G R Bryson and H Grainger Gaither were reelected for a like term Other members of the board are Messrs James E Fitzsimmons Preston M Burch Max Hirsch Mose Lowenstein Dr J Fred Adams and Dr J P Jones JonesThe The present officers of the association were reelected namely Mrs Preston M Burch president Mr Max Hirsch vice president and Major Goss L Stryker secre ¬ tary and treasurer A vote of appreciation and confidence was extended to Mr Burch and the other officers and directors for their splendid work which has brought the asso ¬ ciation to its present high standing in racing
