ROOTING FOR LITTLE BEANS BEANSPAWTUCKET PAWTUCKET R I April 30 New Eng ¬ land sporting folk are solidly rooting for a Kentucky Derby victory for Rocky Pallar dino and Little Beans Five years ago Rocky Palladino didnt know one end of a horse from another he was a night club owner in the Hub City and his sporting proclivities were indulged through the management of several prize fighters Then horse racing gripped Rocky and almost overnight the transformation was complete instead of go ¬ ing to bed at 400 a m and rising at noon Palladino began to haunt the stable area at 500 a m and through ownership of a couple of horses he quickly acquired the rudi ¬ ments of conditioning a thoroughbred That he has mastered the art is strongly evidenced by his personal development of Little Beans an accomplishment that cannot be laughed off as an accident
