APPROVE FAIRMOUNT DATES DATESThe The Illinois Racing Commission has approved the racing dates for the 1941 meetings at Fairmount Park located at Collinsville 111 There will be six meet ¬ ings in the spring and six in the fall with no racing on Mondays Twenty seven days will be held in the spring beginning on Decoration Day May 30 and ending on July 5 The six fall meet ¬ ings will be inaugurated on August 30 and come to an end October 11 a period of thirtytwo days
