Eternity Excellent Juvenile Prospect ProspectB B F listers Recent Winner At Suffolk Own Brother to Bull Brier and Eternal Bull BullBOSTON BOSTON Mass May 20 Eternity full brother to Eternal Bull and Bull Brier left the impression after his recent winning performance at Suffolk Downs that he will be every bit as good as his predecessors from the strain of Bull Dog Rose Eternal B F Lister Providence R I sportsman was most enthusiastic after the colts sparkling debut and announced immedi ¬ ately that he would be sent to Belmont Park to compete in the National Stallion Stakes on June 5 Bull Brier now at stud in Kentucky and also owned by Lister finished third in the same race as a juvenile juvenileIt It was rather significant that on the day Jack Whyte turned Eternity loose the string of Allen T Simmons arrived at Suf ¬ folk Downs for it was the Ohio sportsman who outbid Lister for Eternal Bull as a yearling Lister paid 11500 for Bull Brier as a yearling and was so pleased that he bid almost as high for Bull Briers brother only to drop out and let the colt go to Simmons SimmonsPaid Paid 8000 for Colt as Weanling WeanlingLister Lister wasso disturbed by his failure to acquire this colt that he made up his mind he would not lose out on the next foal by this famous pair He went as high as 8000 for Eternity as a weanling insured the colt for 10000 and shipped him out wikhin 48 hours after the purchase purchaseIn In making his debut a successful one Eternity raced the four and a half furlongs in 54 a second off the track record which incidentally is held by Eternal Bull Horse ¬ men were impressed by the colts effort over the dead track Eternity is a rangy colt taller than Bull Brier and is fast away from the gate He was challemed by Mrs Weston Adams Side Boy another highly touted juvenile but easily disposed of his rival to go on to a hollow victory victoryWoody Woody Sedlacek veteran rider from Cody Neb who had not ridden for 18 months until this spring was aboard Eter ¬ nity and will continue to be his regular rider Sedlacek is the only one to have ridden the colt having broken him during the winter
