Major Williams in East EastELMONT ELMONT L L N Y June 1 Maj Ednyfed Williams chairman of the Illinois Racing Board and vicepresident of the National Association of State Racing Com ¬ missioners arrived from Chicago today He will remain here to witness the closing program at Belmont Park and also be on hand for the opening of Aqueduct on Mon ¬ day Major Williams then will return to the Windy City to attend the summer con ¬ vention of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners which will be held from July 3 to July 6
