Fischer Opens Public Stable StableDETROIT DETROIT Mich June 9 R Dick Fischer who enjoyed more than ordinary success while conditioning the horses of James Powers Dearborn Stable and who incidentally developed the horse Nelson Dunstan has opened a public stable at the Fair Grounds Fischer recently resigned as trainer of the Dearborn Stables repre ¬ sentatives At present he is conditioning his own Surgeon Dick and J Cohens Bar Fly He expects to enlarge his public stable shortly
