Cancel Charles Town Claims ClaimsCHARLES CHARLES TOWN W Va June 12 The Charles Town stewards issued the fol ¬ lowing ruling today For not being a bona fide owner of a starter at the meet ¬ ing J S ODonnell was unable to meet the requirements of the claiming rule and therefore his claims for the horses Market Place on June 2 and Ultima Thule on June 3 are declared null and void Mrs Tom Lewis also having claims for these horses but unsuccessful in the draws is declared the rightful owner of the horses Market Place and Ultima Thule It is further directed that Mrs Torn Lewis shall pay to J S ODonnell a reasonable amount for the care of said horses during the time they were in the latters keeping
