Maryland Cooperative Meet at Laurel Pimlico PimlicoBALTIMORE BALTIMORE Md June 13 Marylands four major racing associations have agreed upon a 72day fall season all to be run on the same cooperative basis as were the last two seasons at Pimlico it was learned here today todayThe The plan as drawn up by the tracks would have a 50day spran at Laurel beginning on Monday September 4 which is Labor Day and running continuously until Tuesday October 31 Then the scene would shift to Pimlico immediately running there from November 1 to 25 inclusive a period of 22 days This would give the state its full quota of 100 racing days at the major tracks since 28 were run at Pimlico in the spring springIt It is understood the tracks will apply to the racing commission for these dates and that the commission will announce its approval within a short time Previous announcement of the program was held up by the more vital news from Europe as the Allied invasion began
