TO RACE A MONTH EARLIER. Heretofore the rule in France has been that no twoyear-old races Ik- carded before the last Sunday in July. The Societie dKncouragement has amended the rule so that the youngsters in future will Ik-allowed to make their debut on and after the last-Monday in June, provided the value of tin- race fiosa not exceed .*L. H 0 and the di-tamc the fnrlougs. This rule applies to all horses which run on the continent only.
