FALL YEARLING SALES BEGIN. New York, August 31. The Fasig-Tipton Companys annual fall sales of yearlings began at Sbeepshead Bay today witli an offering of focty-two voungsters from the farms of Iarl Jungbluth. A. L. Ferguson. Mrs. Thomas. S. dailies. V. Slio-wnlter. II. N. Davis, A. Albright, Jr., and It. II. Anderson. Forty " of them were sold for a total of 0.S50 an Average or 71.2.",. The highest price w;as ,000 paid by S. C. llihlrclh for the brother to Cash Box and half-brother to T:lamon. a cliest-nut colt by ISox-Vfolonehe. Tlie next highest price was ,300, paid ly T. P. Hayes for the bay colt by Sempronius Sdulllo.
