JURY DISAGREES IN BETTING CASE. Washington, D. C, November 8. After being out all night the jury in the case of George L. Good-acre, charged with violating the anti-gambling laws of the District of Columbia in operating1 a handbook, disagreed and was discharged by Justice Stafford. District Attorney Baker will have the case against Goodacre called for trial again as soon as possible.
